Meet Samantha and Nicholas.

They are getting married October 2, 2021. They booked with me a few months ago and I got to talk to Samantha on the phone for a little bit at that point. She felt so easy to talk to I could have talked to her all day. I loved connecting with her over being a mom, watching Fuller House, and hearing her love story with Nicholas. Shortly after booking and once we decided to do this engagement video, I was really excited to meet up with the two of them and Samantha’s daughter Kylie.

We met up at the end of June near Oneonta at Robert V. Riddell State Park. Samantha told me that Nicholas was a little nervous at first but by the end it I’m pretty sure we convinced him that videography will be a lot more fun for their wedding than he originally anticipated! Seriously, this was so fun. All we did was walk around the trails a bit at the park and stop whenever we found some good light or some water to splash around in. We got to talk a bit between shots and get to know each other better – it honestly just felt like we were friends hanging out!

I need to do more of these. I know that their wedding video will be so much better next year because we did this first. So excited for you Samantha, Nicholas, and Kylie! Can’t wait for next October!
