A casual date quickly turned into a lifetime partner when JoAnna and Ryan first met. Within just a few hours of talking, they each knew that they had found their better half, the person they wanted to spend the rest of their lives with.

JoAnna & Ryan’s wedding was steeped in love and family. They held their ceremony in the backyard of JoAnna’s grandparents lake house on Cross Lake in Cato, NY. This was a dream of JoAnna’s for such a long time and Ryan knew how important this place was to her and even used that same spot to propose to her. I felt like I was in a movie as the wedding ceremony started to unfold. The wind was blowing and the leaves were falling from the trees in the most magical, movie-set kind of way. Their vows were real, personal,

funny, and full of commitments and promises. They have the kind of love that you believe in with your bones.

After the ceremony we headed over to Springside Inn in Auburn, NY. We had a great time hanging with their bridal party and with just JoAnna and Ryan as we did bridal party and couple portraits. These two were so natural with each other it made my job so easy!

Once we got inside Springside Inn we heard from Ryan’s brother Phil, who was actually a Moved By You Videography groom earlier this year! Ryan gave an amazing best man toasts along with the maid of honor and father of the bride toasts, which were also sweet and touching. They danced the rest of the night away with their friends and family and I left with the biggest smile on my face. JoAnna and Ryan, you are some of my favorite people I’ve ever worked with and I wish you nothing but the best for your future!
